الشروط والأحكام — KH Society

أهلاً بيك في KH Society. الشروط دي بتوضح حقوقك ومسؤولياتك لما بتستخدم موقعنا أو بتطلب منتجاتنا. لما بتستخدم الموقع، انت موافق على الشروط دي.

KH-SOCIETY علامة مصرية للملابس الرجالي (Streetwear)، مقرها المحلة الكبرى، مصر. الموقع بيشتغل بنظام Shopify.

٢. الطلبات

لما بتعمل طلب، انت بتقدم عرض شراء. KH-SOCIETY ليها الحق إنها تقبل أو ترفض الطلب لأي سبب. الطلب بيعتبر مقبول لما نأكدلك إنه اتسجل واتشحن.

كل المعلومات اللي بتدخلها (عنوان، تليفون، إلخ) لازم تكون صحيحة وكاملة عشان نقدر نوصلك طلبك.

٣. الأسعار والدفع

كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري (EGP). الأسعار ممكن تتغير من غير إخطار مسبق، لكن السعر اللي اتأكد عند الطلب هو السعر اللي هتدفعه.

٤. الشحن والتوصيل

تفاصيل الشحن، مدة التوصيل، والتكاليف موجودة في سياسة الشحن. مدة التوصيل تقديرية وممكن تتأثر بظروف الشحن أو الطقس.

٥. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

الاسترجاع والاستبدال بيتم حسب سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. عندك ١٤ يوم من استلام الطلب.

٦. حق الفحص قبل الدفع

للعميل الحق إنه يفحص المنتج عند الاستلام قبل الدفع. رفض الاستلام بدون سبب واضح أو متكرر قد يؤثر على إمكانية الطلب مستقبلاً من KH-SOCIETY.

٧. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

كل المحتوى على الموقع (تصميمات، صور، شعارات، نصوص) ملك لـ KH-SOCIETY. مينفعش تنسخه أو تستخدمه في أي غرض تجاري بدون إذن مكتوب منا.
